Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the third-party service that provides the results. Our servers do not retain those search entries. When you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting logs may record ordinary technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and measure use. Cookies or comparable tools can support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Data is used to operate the service, correct technical problems, understand aggregate traffic, and improve the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to government portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search providers. Their privacy terms control any information submitted after leaving this service, including information entered into sponsored results.
Data Recipients
Hosting and technical vendors process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure occurs when valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as described here.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes stated above. There are no user accounts, passwords, or account profiles maintained here.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on location and coverage, visitors may have access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023 c.266, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq. Because the service keeps little data, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Government records controlled by Galloway, Atlantic County, or New Jersey custodians require a request to that separate custodian.
