Galloway Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Galloway Township, Atlantic County, and New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service lawfully. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Content here and results from linked tools are not consumer reports and cannot be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Linked Resources
Government portals and outside services, including sponsored tools, operate under their own rules and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, pricing, or data handling.
5. No Guarantee
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We do not promise that content is complete, accurate, current, or that an outside portal will operate or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits

11. New Jersey Law
New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The service's record references include New Jersey OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., but that statute does not expand any user's rights beyond the law or the record custodian's rules.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
